An apartment building in Dublin that integrates the old with the new. We repurposed a historic church spire and made it the centrepiece of a modern structure featuring six apartments. This isn't your typical development – it's a blend of past and present.

The church spire isn't just for show; it's a protected structure, and was incorporated into the design to create a unique living experience. Each apartment tells a story, with the spire as a constant reminder of the area's history.
The modern section of the structure pays homage to the historic church spire, blending innovation with tradition. Clean lines and contemporary design elements harmonize with the timeless grace of the spire, creating a space that not only respects the past but celebrates it in every detail.
